Justice & Recovery Hub: Rebuilding Lives, Restoring Justice

Every year, thousands of individuals across the UK lose their life savings, pensions, and financial security—not to accidents or bad luck, but to corporate financial crime. These crimes don’t just devastate bank balances; they fracture trust, health, and hope.

While support exists for victims of small-scale scams, no dedicated national service has focused on victims of corporate financial wrongdoing—until now.

The Justice & Recovery Hub was created to fill this critical gap.

The Hidden Epidemic of Financial Crime

Pension mismanagement. High-level fraud. Systemic misconduct. These aren’t isolated incidents—they are part of a widespread epidemic of injustice that too often leaves victims isolated, unheard, and unsupported.

For too long, survivors have had to navigate their losses alone, facing not just financial devastation but deep emotional and psychological trauma. We believe this is unacceptable.

A New Approach:

Survivor-Led, Transparent, and Free

The Justice & Recovery Hub is built on a clear ethos:
👉 Always free at the point of need.
👉 Led by survivors, for survivors.
👉 Rooted in transparency, empowerment, and ethical action.

We fund this work through a cross-subsidy model: profits from the Academy of Life Planning’s paid coaching and professional training programmes are reinvested to ensure no victim is ever turned away for financial reasons. We also welcome ethical partnerships and public donations to expand our reach.

How We Help

We don’t just chase justice—we focus on restoring lives and rebuilding futures.

  • Rebuild & Thrive Masterclasses: Life planning and emotional recovery to restore confidence and hope.
  • Recovery & Justice Strategy: Asset tracing, complaint support, and practical guidance for Citizen Investigators.
  • Advocacy & Campaigns: Driving systemic reform and raising public awareness.
  • Peer Support Groups: Connecting survivors in a safe, supportive space.

Mark

Why This Matters

As Rollo May wisely observed, “Depression is the inability to construct a future.” Financial crime robs people not just of their money but of their ability to envision a way forward. The Justice & Recovery Hub exists to change that—to restore dignity, renew purpose, and rebuild hope.
