Facing a major financial institution in court — alone, unrepresented, and under immense pressure — this individual walked away with a decisive procedural victory.
The claimant’s legal team didn’t even turn up.
The hearing lasted less than ten minutes.

The judge granted what’s known as an “Unless Order.”
This means the bank must now disclose the original documents that underpin its entire claim — within 14 days — or the case can be struck out automatically.
