What Is the League?
The League is a global community of financial sector leaders who exemplify values-based, ethics-driven leadership. These are not just executives with titles—but visionaries committed to reshaping our industry from within. Their mission? To put finance back in service to society.
Through monthly collaboration, public advocacy, and ethical leadership interviews, the League recognises that meaningful reform isn’t driven by regulation alone—it’s fuelled by courageous, conscious individuals willing to stand for better.
Why This Matters Now
We’re living through a pivotal shift. The old Piscean model—built on opacity, short-termism, and misplaced incentives—is failing. It has produced mis-selling scandals, systemic conflicts of interest, and an erosion of public trust.
Aquarian leaders are rising in response. Not to overthrow, but to outgrow. Not to push back, but to flow forward—with transparency, courage, and care.
The League embodies this movement.
The Role of Our Transformation Labs
At the Academy of Life Planning, we host Transformation Labs—spaces where financial planners and professionals reconnect with their purpose, reimagine their practice, and realign with integrity.
These Labs have made one truth clear: we cannot transform systems unless we first transform ourselves. The International League shares this belief. It supports the inner and outer evolution of leaders across the industry.
We encourage those involved in our Labs to engage with the League—either by contributing, nominating leaders, or simply learning from the interviews and insights it curates.
