At the Academy of Life Planning, pricing is never arbitrary. It follows a relational framework that ensures fairness, transparency, and stewardship:
By Means
- Full Market Rate — when the client has the capacity to pay.
- Discounted Rate — when means are limited.
- Pro Bono / Free to Need — when support is essential but funds are absent.
By Value
- Full Rate — when the transformation delivered is significant.
- Reduced Rate — when the impact is lighter or more incremental.
By Contribution
- Clients may cross-subsidise, paying more to fund charitable work.
- Contributions support our free-to-need services, the SAFE charity, and the cooperative community.
By Trust
- Prices are shared openly and explained clearly.
- Revenues sustain the Academy, fund our charity, and fuel the global movement.
By Shadow Awareness
- Some clients arrive with suspicion, shaped by past harm.
- To protect trust, we anchor charges in fairness, coherence, and transparency.
This compass guides every exchange. Pricing, in our model, is not about extraction. It is about relationship and alignment.
Why Prices Are Changing
From 20th October 2025, my hourly rate for new clients will rise to £200 — the Chartered Financial Planner “gold standard.”
This change flows naturally from the Pricing Compass:
- By Means: £200 reflects the full market rate for a Chartered Financial Planner — the highest professional recognition in UK financial services.
- By Value: The transformation delivered through one-to-one mentoring, accelerator programmes, and Financial Life Coaching is significant, often life-changing.
- By Contribution: Higher pricing from those who can afford it sustains the wider movement, enabling us to keep delivering free-to-need services.
- By Trust: Communicating this change clearly and in advance shows fairness and integrity.
- By Shadow Awareness: Transparency pre-empts suspicion and shows coherence in action.
👉 Existing clients will not be affected.
👉 Current prices remain available until 19th October 2025.

Shop Services
- One hour one-to-one: £100 → £200
- Standard Track + mentorship: £1,445 → £2,645 p.a.
- Fast Track + mentorship: £2,345 → £3,845 p.a.
- Elite Planner Accelerator: £4,150 → £5,795
Payment Plans
- Membership + one annual mentorship: £34 → £44 / month
- Membership + two half-yearly mentorship: £44 → £64 / month
- Membership + four quarterly mentorship: £64 → £104 / month
- Membership + monthly mentorship: £144 → £264 / month
Financial Life Coach (FLC) Subscriptions
- Basic (4hrs): £645 → £1,045
- Standard (12hrs): £1,495 → £2,645
- Premium (24hrs): £2,950 → £5,045
Financial Life Coach (FLC) Shop
- Discovery (concession): £75 → £100
- One Hour: £100 → £200
- The GAME Plan (9hrs): £1,350 → £1,800
What Remains the Same
- All other service prices remain unchanged.
- Peer Mentorship is being enhanced with a second Monthly Peer Community Session on the third Monday of the month — at no extra cost.
- As a bonus:
- All mentees and peer mentees will receive full access to every Taster.
- Monthly mentees will also gain unlimited access to all Notion templates and GitHub resources.
