Whose Side Are They Really On? When “Protection” Becomes a Performance

For everyone who’s ever been told to trust the system—then left to suffer when it broke them.

Let’s get one thing straight: the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is supposed to protect you.
That’s not a polite suggestion. It’s the law.

Their primary objective is clear: consumer protection.
The secondary one? Economic growth.

That means you come first.
But ask yourself—have you ever really felt first?

The Great Commission Scandal

In October 2024, the Court of Appeal shook things up. They dared to say what we’ve known all along: many motor brokers were not acting in your best interest. They were taking backhanders—undisclosed commissions—from banks for selling you car finance. And the Court said, “Hold on. That sounds like a fiduciary duty breached.”

But now? The Supreme Court’s reviewing that judgment.
And the FCA—your so-called protector—is saying the Court of Appeal may have gone “too far.”

Too far?

Since when did honesty go too far?
Since when did protecting the poor from secret deals become a step too far?

Let that sink in: the regulator is cautioning against too much consumer protection—while billions are at stake.

“May Be Payable” — The Dirty Little Phrase

These brokers didn’t say how much they were pocketing. They said commission “may be payable.”
Let’s call that what it is: a cop-out. A smokescreen. A legal lie.

And now? The banks are sweating. Analysts estimate they could owe up to £40 billion in redress.
Good. That’s not a punishment. That’s a repayment of stolen trust.

But here’s the kicker: the FCA isn’t slamming the banks. They’re walking the tightrope. Too cautious. Too neutral. Too late.

You deserve more than that.

Vulnerable by Design

In their own words, the FCA doesn’t consider someone vulnerable just because they need to borrow money to buy a car.
Really?

If you’re on a low income, financially unsophisticated, and relying on brokers who are secretly incentivised to sell you worse deals—you are not on equal footing. You are being set up.

That’s not vulnerability by accident.
That’s vulnerability by design.

The GAME Plan for Taking Back Control

You can’t wait for the system to fix itself.
You can’t wait for justice from the same machinery that broke you.

That’s why we built the GAME Plan.
It’s not just financial planning. It’s life planning for freedom. A blueprint to take your power back—from the inside out.

It starts with Goals.
It moves with Action.
It’s fuelled by Means.
It’s delivered through Execution.
(Not the kind they sell you—where you work, pay, and die broke. The kind where you win. On your terms.)

Stand Up. Speak Out. Don’t Wait.

If you’ve been hit by this scandal, you’re not alone.
If you’ve been ignored, gaslit, or dismissed—you are seen.

You don’t need permission to reclaim your power.
You just need the plan. The people. And the purpose.

That’s what we’re building. Right here. Right now.

Now is the time to stand up for your rights.
Now is the time to unmask the robbers—again.
Now is the time to plan your life, before they plan your money.

Your Money or Your Life.
Choose BOTH.
